Q: How long do products take to ship?
A: Depending on complication of the design, it can take upwards of 2-3 weeks
Q: Are the tumblers able to be dishwashed?
A: Unless otherwise stated on the listing, tumblers, cups and bottles must be handwashed to preserve the design (you don’t want glitter in your dishwasher!)
Q: What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
A: We take great care in creating, packaging and shipping your memorable item. However, once in USPS possession we are no longer responsible for lost or delayed shipping. Please make sure address provided is correct and deliverable. If item is lost, we are happy to remake and reship, fees apply.
Q: Are refunds or exchanges possible?
A: Since all items are personalized, no we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you have any concerns with your order, please email us via the Contact Us tab.
Q: Do you do international orders?
A: At this time I do limited international orders. Please use the personalized order form here if you have an order you need shipped outside of the US.
